Windows Media Player

As an alternative all video and audio streams can be viewed by using Windows Media Player (Version 6.4 or above) installed on most Windows boxes by default. If it's not you can download it free of charge from the Microsoft website.

MP3 Audio

If you want to listen to audio clips in higher quality there are also files in MP3 Audio format to choose from. You need an extra player for such kind of audio files. Most computers nowadays come with a proper helper application preinstalled. By the way: there are numerous players available on the internet which you can download and install.

Acrobat Reader

To view documents in Portable Document Format (PDF) you'll have to install the free Acrobat Reader from Adobe on your system. In addition to this you are able to save these documents on your computer for offline reading and printing. Please use version 4.0 or higher of the plugin.
